Refund policy

Hey there, thanks for choosing UCHOIZE. We're super glad you found something you like with us. Just like any shopping adventure, there are a few things you need to know about how we handle returns and refunds. Don't worry, we'll keep it simple and straight to the point - promise!
If your purchase isn't quite what you expected, or something's not quite right, you've got a whole month (30 days) to let us know and get your money back.
Here's what to do...
1. Reach Out: Drop us a line at contact@uchoize.com to kick things off. Tell us what you're sending back and why, and don't forget to include your order number.
2. Get the Green Light: We'll take a look at your request, and if everything checks out, we'll send you the go-ahead along with instructions on where to send your item(s).
3. Pack It Up: Make sure the item is just how it arrived - unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, please!
4. Send It Off: Ship the item back to the address we provided. Heads up, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs unless what you received was damaged or not what you ordered.
5. Wait for your Refund: We'll give everything a once-over when it arrives back with us, and if all is good, we'll get your refund sorted. This can take up to 10 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank.
The Fine Print:
- You've got 30 days from when you bought it to make a return.
- Items need to be just how they arrived - if it's worn or damaged, we can't take them back.
- Sale Items are yours for keeps - no returns or exchanges, sorry!
Want to Swap Something?
Got the wrong size or color? No problem. Just return the item you don't want, and place a new order for the one you do.
Oops, Something's Not Right?
If something's wrong with your order (like it is damaged or not working), hit us up right away at contact@uchoize.com with the details and some photos or videos if you can. We'll jump on the problem ASAP to sort things out with a replacement or refund.
